TNTSat stopped working

Hello,
sorry but my written french is very bad, so if it's not a problem i'm writing you in English. I understand french very well, so you can answer me in your language.

On Christmas, i bought to my mother this decoder "TECHNISAT Technibox HD VA 2 + Carte TNTSAT sur ASTRA 19.2" so she can enjoy french television. I am able to receive Astra 19° and Hotbird 13°.

Untill june we hadn't problem, but few weeks ago, when we turned on decoder we always had message "traspondeur domestiques non trouves: recherche complete en cours". I left it search for a couple of hours but most of french channels stopped working writing "Cette chaine n'est pas accessible dans votre installation. veuillez contacter votre installateur".

After trying another decoder to be sure that both astra and hotbird are working, i did a factory reset on my technisat and left it search for hours, situation got better: all channels were working.

From this week, i'm still facing problems. Now, most of channels aren't working: France3, Canal+ hd, tmc, nrj12,iTele,d17,cherie 25, canal + cinema hd, tv5 monde europe, tv5 monde fbs. When i turn on decoder, i don't get any message or warning.

I did again factory reset, recherche tntsat collectif,recherche tntsat - individuel but these channels aren't available.

Some infos:

• If i go into menu, information carte i have: information appari....L'appairage n'est pas installé sur ce terminal. (Honestly i don't remember value i had before and i don't know what it is)
• Menu, informations carte, consultation des droits: Classes 0 Date de debut: 2014-12-21, expiration 2018-12-20.
• Both astra and hotbird signals are strong.
• Menu, recherche des chaines, traspondeur domestique: principal: [11856, vertical, 27500,3/4], secondaire: [12402,vertical,27500,3/4]. Are these parameters correct? i never changed it.
• selection de chaines regionales: France 3 (national)

When i was trying "recherche tntsat - individuel", i aborted it and i get message "recherche 10700mhz... traspondeur domestiques non trouves: recherche complete en cours"
I left it work but channel still are not available.

Another thing that i find strange is that with this decoder i get only french channels, for example if i search others channels (italians, germans,..) nothing.. My channel list is made only by 64 french channels. I was looking if maybe there was another TMC (for example), but i have only one.

Someone can please help me to get back TNTSat channels? Maybe something changed in tntsat system? are my home trasponders settings correct? Someone knows why i can see only french channels on this decoder?

Les chaines TNTSAT ont changé de transpondeur sur ASTRA 19° Est, en Juin, les Allemandes, Autrichiennes n' ont pas bougé. Canal+ a effectué tout un "remue ménage" en vue du passage au tout MPEG 4 HD/SD en AVRIL 2016.

TNTSAT channels moved to news transponders on ASTRA 19° Est, during June. Canal+ make a important modification on his channels, ready for MPEG 4 HD/SD only in April 2016. Germans, and Austrians Channels never changed. If your STB is not updated, TNTSAT' s frequencies are ot the sames.
