Grundig France proposait en l'an 1998, pour la première fois, un plasma de la famille des Planatrons (fabrication Philips) à 10000 balles. Ca faisait cher du TV vu la qualité toute relative de l’image. Il ne fallait pas l’ouvrir, l'usine à gaz faisait vraiment peur. Les ventilos internes rappelaient plutôt les hydroglisseurs de la Louisiane. Bref, totalement inutile à mon sens pour cette première génération.
La gamme des TV 50Hz 110° proposait un nouveau châssis CUC 2030 très clairsemé coté composants. Ca donnait l'illusion d'un produit propre sur lui. L'utilisation à outrance des CMS sous le châssis en était bien sûr la cause. On était loin du CUC 6360 avec modules. Le remplacement éventuel de son EEPROM au format classique devenait problématique pour un non-initié. A cause de nouvelles économies de bouts de chandelles, l'alimentation allait rapidement cramer et l'interrupteur secteur fuir coté contact fugitif, provoquant une fois de plus, un arrêt intempestif du TV. Sans oublier l'ampli trame TDA 8350Q toujours aussi peu fiable. Que du bonheur pour les techniciens. ça nous faisait bien vivre!
